To date Alphys, follow the pacifist route! After completing the neutral route, make sure to hang out with Undyne at her house in Waterfall. Then, go to Papyrus's house in Snowdin, and he'll invite you to Alphys's lab for a date!

To date Alphys, you need to befriend both Undyne and Papyrus first. Then, head to Alphys's lab for the date event. It's a lot of fun!
