Go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4, and then select Deactivate. Simple as that!

For PS5, just head to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play, and then select Don't Enable.

You can also deactivate via the web. Log into your PSN account, go to the Device Management section, and deactivate all your devices there.
