One thing I found super effective is using the environment to your advantage. Lure the turret to shoot at explosive barrels or through windows where its line of sight is limited. This can buy you precious seconds to get close and use a Disable Device. Learned this the hard way after a couple of 'boom' moments.

EMP grenades, if you can find them. Quick and easy, no crafting required. Just make sure you've actually got one in your inventory before you go charging towards a turret. Speaking from experience here...

Deactivating a turret in Lethal Company is all about teamwork and timing! One player can distract the turret by moving in and out of its line of sight, while the other sneaks up from behind or the side to access the control panel. Make sure you've collected enough scrap to craft a Disable Device first; without it, you can't interact with the turret's panel.
