You just need to head to the 'Account Management' area, select 'System Activation,' pick 'PS3 System,' and hit 'Deactivate.' Simple stuff!

Log into your PSN account, navigate to 'Account Management,' and under 'System Activation,' choose 'Deactivate All Systems.' Done and done!
