Just deactivate your Facebook account. It'll automatically log you out from Messenger too.

You can deactivate Facebook by going to Settings > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion. For Messenger, you must deactivate Facebook first; Messenger can't be deactivated independently.
