Open your app, go to Settings, find Account Ownership and Control under your info, select Deactivation and Deletion, then follow the prompts.
Open the Facebook app, tap the three lines in the bottom right, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Personal Information > Manage Account, and finally select Deactivate.
Click the hamburger menu, head to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Personal Information > Manage Account > Deactivate. Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy!
