You can deactivate your primary PS4 from the app by using the PS App. Open the app, go to 'Settings,' find 'PlayStation Network/Account Management,' and select 'Activate as Your Primary PS4.' From there, choose 'Deactivate.' Easy peasy!

I just did this last week! On the PS App, head over to 'Settings,' then look for 'PlayStation Network/Account Management.' Select 'Activate as Your Primary PS4,' and hit 'Deactivate.' It鈥檚 pretty straightforward!
