On your PS5, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play. Choose 'Disable' and confirm. Job done!

Log in to your account on playstation.com, go to Account Settings > Device Management > PS5 Console, and click 'Deactivate.' Easy peasy!
