You can deactivate your PSN account from all systems by logging into your account on the PlayStation website and selecting 'Account Settings'. From there, find 'Device Management' and choose 'PlayStation Consoles'. Click 'Deactivate All Devices'.
Pro tip: You can only use 'Deactivate All Devices' once every six months, so use it wisely!
