To deactivate the Quarantine Enforcement Platform in Subnautica, you need to cure yourself of the Kharaa bacterium. You can do this by releasing the Sea Emperor Leviathan’s enzymes on yourself and get the Precursor Gun to go from 'pew pew' to 'no pew pew'!
