Why would you ever want to deactivate Words with Friends? Just kidding, it's in the Settings under Account management.

Easy peasy! Just go to Settings > Account > Deactivate My Account. Follow the prompts, and you're done!

I deactivated mine a while back鈥攇o to Settings, tap Account, and select Deactivate. You should be all set!
