You can use the Burnt Pan for extra healing from items, and try to max out your health with Sea Tea or Legendary Hero. Stay determined and dodge those attacks!
Honestly, just bash him till he drops. Simple but effective.
From my experience, make sure you use the Butterscotch Pie during the fight. It really helps because it reminds Asgore of Toriel. Good luck!
