Pro tip: Stay close to the edges of the arena and bait Buzz towards them; charge him when he's near the lava. It makes it way easier to knock him in.
From what I've experienced, the key is patience. Charge at Buzz to push him towards the lava, but watch out for his fire breath and his jumping attacks. When he tries to come back up, give him a little fire-induced encouragement to stay down!
I recommend charging at Buzz and pushing him into the lava whenever you can. When he comes back out, use your flame breath to send him packing again. Watch out for his spin attack, though!
Honestly, just keep hitting him until he's toast. No rocket science here.
