How to Defeat Deathclaw in Fallout 4
First up, distance is your friend! Try to find high ground or a spot where the Deathclaw can't easily reach you. Buildings and rooftops are ideal. Next, unload everything you've got into it. Power weapons like the Minigun are great, but don't underestimate the value of grenades and mines to chip away at its health while you're safely out of reach.

Just run. Seriously, sometimes it's not worth the ammo.
Power Armor + Minigun = Deathclaw Bye-Bye. Just make sure you've got enough ammo and use VATS to aim for the belly for extra damage. Works like a charm every time I've faced one.
Use the environment to your advantage! In the early game, when you meet the Deathclaw in Concord, there's a building you can enter where it can't follow. Pop out, shoot, and duck back in. It's a bit cheesy, but hey, survival of the smartest, right?
Craft, craft, craft! Before going into battle, make sure you've crafted enough ammo and upgraded your weapons. High-damage weapons and explosives can make a big difference. And don't forget to use your chems like Psycho to boost your damage output.
