First rule of Eidolon hunting: use your best high-damage, high-critical weapons. Make sure to mod for Radiation damage. Also, bring a good squad! Trinity for healing, Harrow for crit boost, and Chroma for damage buffs are winners.

It's all about the Void Strike with your Operator! Charge it up, zap those shields, then switch to your Warframe to hammer the limbs. Easy peasy.

Never forget to bring Void damage for the shields and Radiation damage for the limbs. Timing and teamwork are key, so make sure everyone knows their role.

As someone who has fried their fair share of Eidolons, I can tell you that you absolutely need an Amp with high Void damage. Eidolons' shields are weak to Void attacks, and once those shields are down, you can blast away at their limbs.
