Stock up on spider cider or a spider donut from the Ruins shop. Using one in the battle makes Muffet let you go!
Honestly, just brute force through it with good dodging skills and a ton of patience. Worked for me!
If you don't have any spider items, just keep dodging her attacks and use healing items. Her moves follow a pattern, so keep practicing!
