From personal experience, a well-prepared team of Machamp, Swampert, and Metagross can crush Regirock. Took me a few tries, but victory was sweet!
Use strong Fighting, Grass, Water, Steel, and Ground-type Pokemon! Machamp, Kyogre, and Metagross are all great choices. Good luck!
Honestly, just use whatever has the highest CP and good survivability. You’ll probably win eventually.
