The third boss in Splatoon is known as the "Octostomp." To defeat it, you need to wait for it to charge at you, then dodge sideways quickly. After it crashes down, ink its sides and climb up to hit the tentacle on its back. Repeat this process a few times and victory is yours!

Octostomp? Just dodge, climb, and smack the tentacle. Easy peasy!

In my experience, timing your dodges and inking its sides for that climb is the key. It took me a few tries, but practice makes perfect!
