Make sure your gear is up to snuff. Molten armor is a solid choice, and a ranged weapon will keep you at a safe distance. Potions are your best friends鈥擨ronskin, Regeneration, and Swiftness should be in your inventory. And remember, the Wall moves from left to right, so build your bridge accordingly!
Getting past the Wall of Flesh is all about prep! Make sure you've got a long pathway in the Underworld to run on so you're not jumping lava pits while fighting. Use buff potions like Ironskin and grab a decent ranged weapon - Beenades are fantastic for this. Keep moving, keep shooting, and you'll have it down in no time!
