The PS4 doesn't actually need defragging like a PC. Just rebuild the database! Go to: Settings > System > Storage > Rebuild Database. It's like giving your PS4 a spa day.

PS4s don’t get defragged. Instead, turn your console off completely, hold the power button until it beeps twice, and then choose the 'Rebuild Database' option.

Defragging isn’t a thing for PS4. Trust me, been using mine for years. Just do a database rebuild!
