Unfortunately, there鈥檚 no direct way to delete a baby Sim, but you can age them into a toddler and then move them out with another family.
Deleting a baby Sim isn鈥檛 possible; just age them up and handle it from there.
Honestly, best to just raise the baby sim. Adds fun to the game!
You can鈥檛 technically delete a baby Sim, but you can age them up using a birthday cake and then use the Life Dreams and Legacies quest to send them to the afterlife.
