Go to the PlayStation Store on your PS4, then choose 'Payment Methods'. Select the card you want to remove and hit 'Delete'. Boom, done!

Just head over to 'Settings', then 'Account Management', and 'Account Information'. From there, navigate to 'Wallet' and 'Payment Methods'. Select the card you want to delete and confirm.
