Start by logging into your Instagram app. Go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right corner, then select 'Settings.' In the 'Account' section, select 'Delete Account' and follow the prompts. Done and dusted!
Head over to the Instagram Help Center page on a web browser, sign in, and look for the 'Delete Your Account' option. Simply follow the steps there. It's a piece of cake!
Why delete, though? Just deactivate instead if you only need a break. Go to 'Edit Profile' > 'Temporarily disable my account'.
