How to Delete a Facebook Page from iPhone
First, open your Facebook app on your iPhone and tap on the three horizontal lines at the bottom. Navigate to 'Pages' and select the page you want to delete. Tap 'Settings', then 'General', and scroll down to find the 'Remove Page' option. Finally, confirm by pressing 'Delete Page' and voilà, it's gone!

If you've got multiple pages, make sure you're selecting the right one to delete or you might end up nuking the wrong page!
I've done it myself! Go to the Facebook app, tap 'Pages', select your page, then 'Settings', 'General', and bam, delete it! Just like that!
