How to Delete a Facebook Page Someone Else Created
First, you need admin rights. Ask the current admin to make you an admin, then you can delete the page through the settings.

If you don't have admin access, you can't delete the page. You'll need to contact the person who does.
Been there, done that. Just get them to add you as an admin, then go to the Settings > General > Remove Page and poof, it's gone.
Sorry, you can't delete a page if you don't have admin permissions. Facebook rules, not mine!
