If the post is on your timeline, you can remove it from your profile by clicking the three dots on the post and selecting 'Remove from Profile'.
Sorry, you can't directly delete a post from someone else's account on Facebook. But you can report it to Facebook if it violates the community standards.
Hot take: Just ask the person to delete it. Sometimes the simplest solution is the best!
