How to Delete a Group I Created on Facebook
Well, you can't exactly 'delete' a group like hitting a delete button. You gotta remove all members and then leave the group yourself. Bit of a process, but it works!

Easy peasy! Just go to your group, click on the 'Members' tab, and remove every member first (or ban them, up to you!). Then remove yourself—voila, the group is gone!
Deleting a Facebook group? Just leave it alone and don’t interact with it. Eventually, it'll fade into digital oblivion.
