I've deleted a profile before. Just go into Settings, then Account, then Remove accounts. Scroll to the profile you want to trash and confirm. Simple as that!

From the home screen, press the Xbox button, then go to Profile & System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Pick the one you want gone and confirm.
