In my experience, you can鈥檛 delete it but just make it private. Go to 'Create,' then 'T-Shirts,' click the gear icon next to your shirt, and set it to 'Private' under 'Permissions.'
Brace yourself: you can't actually delete a t-shirt once it's been uploaded to Roblox. Just make it private so nobody else sees it.
Can't delete it directly, but you can report it and Roblox might remove it for you.
