How to delete a Steam group
Deleting a Steam group isn't as straightforward as you might hope. Only Valve can outright delete groups. If you're the group owner, you can demote yourself and leave the group, effectively making it inactive. But if you really want it gone-gone, you gotta contact Steam Support and make a case for it.

As someone who tried, trust me, it's a bit of a process. You need to remove all members, make sure you're the last one, leave the group to orphan it, and then if you really want it deleted, hit up Steam Support. Good luck!
