Deleting a Steam review is pretty easy! Just go to the game's store page where you posted the review, find your review, and there should be a 'Delete' option right next to it. Click that, and bam, your words are dust in the wind.
Honestly, just leave it. Someone, somewhere, probably got a kick out of your hot take. But if you must, go to the game, find your review under the 'Reviews' section, and press 'Delete.' Presto, review gone!
