Oh, the digital cleanse! To delete all your Animal Crossing: New Horizons data, you gotta dive into the System Settings on your Nintendo Switch. Scroll down to 'Data Management', then go to 'Delete Save Data'. Find Animal Crossing in the list, select it, and confirm you want to delete. Just a heads up, this wipes everything – like turning your island into a deserted island all over again!

Just a quick note - deleting your Animal Crossing save data is a one-way trip to permanent goodbye. Make sure you really wanna leave your island pals behind!

Been there, done that. After a year of playing, I decided to start fresh. Just went to my Switch settings, deleted all the save data for ACNH, and boom - new island. It's like the game is brand new again. But remember, it's all or nothing; you can't get your old island back once it's gone.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
