If you're looking for a quick solution, there isn't one. Gotta go through them manually.
There's no magic 'delete all' button, but you can clear Facebook notifications by clicking on each one. Time-consuming, but effective!
I've been there! Click the notification bell, then the three dots next to each notification, and select 'Remove this Notification'.
