Easy peasy! Go to your profile, click on the three dots ("...") next to 'Add to Story,' select 'Activity Log,' then filter by 'Posts' and bulk delete everything from there. Done and dusted!

If you're looking for a quicker method, use the Facebook mobile app's 'Manage Activity' tool. It's in the Activity Log and super easy to bulk-delete posts.

I tried this recently! Open Facebook, head to your profile, hit the three dots, go to 'Activity Log,' then 'Manage Activity,' and start deleting those posts in bulk. It worked like a charm for me!

Why bother deleting? Just start fresh with a new account. Less hassle, more zen.
