Use Facebook Activity Log! Go to your profile, click the three dots, select 'Activity Log,' and filter by your posts. Then, you can delete them one by one or by selecting multiple posts at once. It's tedious but effective!

Delete posts from the Activity Log: Profile > Three Dots > Activity Log > Your Posts. Easy peasy!

I once deleted all my posts too! Just go to your Activity Log from your profile. There, you can filter by posts and delete them in bulk or individually.
