Easy peasy! Go to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Storage'. Pick the storage device, then 'Games and Apps', find the app, and press 'Delete'. Done!

Head to the 'System Settings' from the dashboard, select 'Storage', choose the relevant storage device, find your app, and hit delete. Boom, it's gone!
