Simple: go to the page, click 'Settings' at the top, find 'Remove Page,' and hit delete. Poof, it's gone!
Go to your page settings, select 'General', scroll down, and you'll find 'Remove Page'. Click 'Delete [Page Name]' and confirm. Done!
