To delete your Animal Crossing: New Leaf save file, you want to start the game and wait for the main title screen to appear. Once Isabelle shows up, before you actually load into your town, press and hold A, B, X, and Y all at once. Isabelle will ask if you're sure you want to delete your town. Confirm, and say goodbye to your digital utopia!

Totally did this once because I wanted a fresh start. Can confirm, pressing A, B, X, Y all together on the title screen works. Isabelle will pop the question, and you just gotta have the heart to say yes. Was sad to see my town go, but sometimes a reset's what you need!

Short and not-so-sweet: Just smash A, B, X, Y right at the title screen when Isabelle's chilling there. RIP town.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
