I swear I've done this a zillion times: highlight the app on the Roku home screen, hit that star (*) button on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel'.
Just press the star (*) button while the app is highlighted, select 'Remove channel' and that's it. Seriously, couldn't be simpler.
Go to the home screen, highlight the app, press the star (*) button, then remove the channel. That's all there is to it!
