If you're playing on Steam, try right-clicking Subnautica in your library, selecting Properties, and then Local Files. From there, hit 'Browse' and navigate to the cache folder.

Easy peasy! Go to the game directory, find the 'SavedGames' folder, and look for the 'Cache' folder. Just delete it!
