If you鈥檝e synced your phone contacts, go to 'Your Phone Contacts' under 'People' in Messenger and remove them individually. Syncing settings can also be adjusted under the same menu. Easy-peasy!

Open Messenger, tap your profile picture, go to 'People' and then 'Manage contacts'. Find the person you want to delete and click 'Delete All Contacts'. You're welcome!
