Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet, then select Payment Methods to delete your credit card. Quick and easy!

Open the PS4, head to Settings, then Account Management, Account Information, and finally Wallet. From there, pick Payment Methods and remove your credit card info.

You don't need to jump through hoops. Just head to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet > Payment Methods, and remove the card.
