I tried to delete my farm once by contacting Supercell, and they told me to pound sand. So, take that as you will!

From what I know, you can't delete data, but you can reset your game progress by switching to a new Supercell ID.

Just uninstall and reinstall it. Not perfect, but it'll give you a fresh start!
