To delete data from your Xbox 360, go to System Settings > Storage > Select your storage device > Games and Apps. Then, select the game or app you want to delete and press the Y button to delete it. Simple as that!

Navigate to System Settings, then Storage. Select the storage device, find the content you want to delete in Games and Apps, and hit Y. Done and dusted!

Just reset the whole thing. Go to System Settings > Storage > Clear System Cache. If that doesn't work, consider a full factory reset, but only if you're okay with losing everything.
