How to Delete Dragon Ball Xenoverse Save Data
On PS4, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete, and then find Dragon Ball Xenoverse to delete your save data. Easy peasy!

On PC, you can find your save files usually in the directory: C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\DBXV2. Just delete those files, and you're golden!
For Xbox One, head to My Games & Apps > Dragon Ball Xenoverse > Menu (three lines) > Manage Game > Saved Data and then choose 'Clear Reserved Space'. That should do the trick.
