I deleted mine by reaching out to EA support via chat. Just go to their website, log in, and find the help section.

Good luck getting EA to actually delete your account. I had to contact them multiple times before anything happened.

You gotta contact EA support directly to get your account deleted. They handle all the account stuff and can guide you through it.
