If you're on Facebook: Settings -> Your Facebook Information -> Deactivation and Deletion -> Delete Account. For Instagram: Use the 'Delete Your Account' page and follow the steps!
For Facebook: Go to Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Your Facebook Information -> Deactivation and Deletion. Choose 'Delete Account'. For Instagram: Go to the 'Delete Your Account' page, log in, select a reason, and hit 'Permanently delete my account'.
Just keep in mind - deleting is permanent. If you're sure, it鈥檚 as easy as clicking a few buttons in the settings.
