To delete gear in Hogwarts Legacy on the Switch, simply open your inventory, select the gear you want to get rid of, and look for the option to delete or dismantle it. Each piece of gear will have a specific button assigned to this action, so keep an eye out for it on the bottom of the screen!

Just sell it instead of deleting! You'll get some Galleons for your unwanted gear at any shop in Hogsmeade. More Galleons equals more fun stuff you can buy.
