Just head over to your UNDERTALE save files. On Windows, it's in C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE. Mac users, check ~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale. Delete everything and you're good to go.

You can reset your Genocide run by deleting the save files in the game's directory. This will reset your playthrough.

Ah, the Genocide run. To delete it, you need to reset your Undertale save data. Go to your Steam Library, find Undertale, right-click, and select 'Properties.' Under the 'Local Files' tab, click 'Browse Local Files.' Delete the 'UNDERTALE' folder. That should do the trick!

Toby Fox definitely made it tricky. You gotta nuke the save files from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
