How to Delete Groups in Facebook
To delete a Facebook group, you must remove all members first and then leave the group yourself. Once you're the last member and leave, the group will be deleted automatically!

If you're an admin, go to the group, click on 'Members', and remove members one by one. Then, leave the group. Poof! It's gone.
You can only delete a group if you created it. Remove everyone, then leave. Easy peasy.
Kinda tedious, but you have to remove each member manually before you can delete the group. Good luck!
